Laurel Lea Farmers

I grew up on a farm near Kemptville growing pumpkins and asparagus. In 2016 I moved to Dufferin county and began cash cropping and pumpkin farming. Since 2021 I have now been farming in both Dufferin county on our family’s farm and in Renfrew county. It is tough to begin farming and there is a lot of value in the guidance and knowledge that can be shared. So, I sharecrop this highlighted field with Jennifer and Mike Doelman and together, we exchange valuable knowledge, scout, and continue to improve soil health! This field was corn in 2019, soybeans in 2020 and spring canola in 2021!
