I am not a farmer. I consider myself to be an Agricultural Stewardship Professional. My career over the past 16 years has been largely involved in promoting various agricultural BMPs to farmers across Canada for their adoption. Some of these practices were soil health related. This is something I have thoroughly enjoyed doing. This program will help me to improve my abilities to continue to do this. Currently, I am looking for work within the agricultural sector to help promote BMPs to farmers-hopefully soils related. This is related to my university education background with a M.Sc. in soil science.
