Partner With Purpose

The Ontario Soil Network partners with companies building resilient agricultural supply chains.

We help collaborators engage directly with Ontario farmers through storytelling, sourcing alignment, and peer-led knowledge exchange—grounding your ESG commitments in lived, measurable practice.

Whether you're looking to support innovation, pilot sustainable approaches, or share stories that resonate, we offer credible pathways rooted in trust and outcomes.

Aligned Values.
Applied Outcomes.

The Ontario Soil Network is a farmer-led knowledge and communications initiative that helps companies engage directly with Ontario producers to deliver measurable, field-validated outcomes.

Our 150+ farmer members span 35+ counties and a wide range of cropping systems and regions—representing a province-wide supply shed built on trust, initiative, and peer learning. OSN farmers regularly share their experiences with local networks, collectively engaging thousands of producers and advisors each year.

We partner with brands ready to move beyond messaging—toward long-term collaboration, practical support, and authentic connection with the people working the land.

In partnership with PepsiCo, OSN is co-developing a Positive Agriculture program for corn growers in southwestern Ontario. The initiative combines cultural, agronomic, and financial supports to accelerate regenerative practices, with a focus on soil health, water, biodiversity, and greenhouse gas outcomes. Our role includes community engagement, peer learning facilitation, and piloting data collection systems for long-term Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MRV).

By integrating technical support with farmer-driven culture, OSN helps translate ESG goals into real-world action.
And why do our farmers participate? Because no one is trying to sell them anything. They trust OSN as a space to learn, share, and lead—together.

Peer-Led Credibility

Our farmers aren’t paid spokespeople—they’re respected peers. Their insights shape innovation from the ground up.

Provincial Reach, Local Insight

With 150+ members across 35+ counties, our network reflects the full diversity of Ontario agriculture—enabling scalable yet regionally relevant collaboration.

Amplification Infrastructure

Through podcasts, videos, newsletters, and live events, we create authentic content that reaches thousands of growers and advisors annually.

Real Change,
Tracked and Shared

From acres impacted to stories told, OSN tracks the ripple effects of farmer-led innovation across Ontario’s agricultural landscape.

Every year, we survey our network to understand how ideas spread—how one farmer’s experiment becomes a new standard, and how conversations in the field lead to real change on the ground.

Our work isn’t just about what happens at a single event. It’s about momentum—measured in acres, actions, and the trust that connects them.

What This Looks Like in Practice:

  • Piloting MRV tools for long-term sustainability reporting
  • Delivering financial, agronomic, and cultural supports that drive adoption
  • Convening a cross-sector community of practice—from farmers to researchers and advisors
  • Co-designing systems that turn ESG goals into farm-level progress, grounded in lived experience
