Been at family operation since 2006. Farm with my dad, uncle & grandparents. We have no set crop rotations. Corn, edible beans, cereals. No livestock. Went away from full surface, intensive tillage in 2013. Met Dr.Jill Clapperton spring 2013, & listened to her "Soil Food Web" presentation. It changed the way I view agriculture. Moved to strip till that year. Have been focused on integrating cover crops into our system since then.
