Thursday, September 3, 2026 3:00 pm – 6:00 pmAn afternoon in the plots with Albert Tenuta, walking soybean cyst nematode and tar spot trials, hosted by the Chatham-Kent and St. Clair Region Soil and Crop Improvement Association.
The afternoon runs across two farms, a few minutes’ drive apart, and finishes with a BBQ.
The afternoon
- 3:00 PM — SCN trials. Products, new options and updates, at 20842 Pioneer Line, West Elgin (Andy and Laura Kieraszewicz).
- 4:00 PM — Tar spot trials. Agronomy, trials and updates, at 20882 Marsh Line, West Elgin (Miller Family Farm).
- 5:00 PM — BBQ.

- Cost: Free for Soil and Crop members. $10 for non-members.
