I’ve been farming since 1972. Primarily Dairy till 2006 then corn soybeans and alfalfa since then. I have a small flock of sheep.350 acres. 3rd generation. 400 acres corn, soys, hay, miscanthus. Sheep. Started in the early 70’s to do minimum till and no-till crops. We had been mouldboard plowing till then. I’d like to research the use of carbon to improve my yields. Minimum till and no till since 1972. Growing hay. Looking to improve the soil even more.
