I grew up on a dairy farm. Came back to work on the farm after working in engineering 11 years ago. I farm with my dad, and we do 850 acres total of corn, soybeans, wheat and oats. We also have a broiler operation. We have adopted notill on all of our owned acres, and the majority of our rented acres. I have incorporated cover crops to help with this system. My future plans are to maximize ROI per acre while implementing soil health practices
