Organic, mixed livestock & crop, 400ac. Marlene & I have been on the home farm for 30 years, with 30 beef cows, 7,000 lay hens on 400 acres. We have an 8-yr rotation and include green manures and cover crops as much as possible. We grow hay, corn, oats, beans, triticale, peas and spelt.
