25 years, farm with my dad (who has farmed the land for 60 years). Soy, wheat, corn and 100 acres of Alfalfa that rotates through all the acres every 3-5 years. We run roughly 2600 acres, no livestock. Cover crops, strip till and no till. We've learned that it takes effort to make a difference, and change is slow but noticable.
