I have been farming part time for 7 years, full time for 6 months. I farm with my father and brother along with all our family. We have a dairy and cash crop farm, I manage the crop business and my brother manages the cows. Along with manure and alfalfa, which is a given with a dairy farm, we have been no till on our beans and wheat for 15 years, switched to strip till corn in the last 3. We implement cover crops where we can and will be interseeding corn this summer.
